
Chicago. We Love You.
My Dad grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. My brother and I grew up hearing about it. We knew Chicago was a special place and, although both Anthony and I had the opportunity to visit before, we never had the chance to go together or with my Dad. So, for his 65 birthday we arranged a special trip complete with deep dish pizza, a boat tour, a tour of Wrigley field and, of course a Cubs game. #travel

The Land of Fire and Ice
After our wedding we postponed taking a proper honeymoon until we had the energy and and time to plan something special. David and I had both been fascinated with the landscape and isolation of Iceland. Over two weeks we drove around the entire island meeting other travelers and friendly Icelanders and also driving for hours at time seeing no one. It was a fantastic experience and we gladly return. Seattle Summer 2015
Seattle is one of our favorite cities. It helps that we almost always travel in the summer, avoiding the rain. It also helps that my aunt Linda lives right on Green Lake and is a gracious host. This trip marked our third time to Seattle together. Most of our days included long talks with Linda in her kitchen, rose, walking around Green Lake and eating. Lot’s of eating.
